Exploring the Components of School Climate for African-American Adolescents

This study investigates the technological experience of African American students growing up in socioeconomically disadvantaged environments. The data provides us with information on their experience with technology and the role it has played in their educational experience in the 1990s and 2000s. With technology becoming increasingly important to society it is imperative that we begin to understand the ways, in which we, as educators, can enhance the experience of students without economic disparities affecting their education.
